Fish & Farm Private Bookings
Main Dining Room…….available for parties and buyouts at specific times and dates only, this room can host a reception for up to 80 persons or a sit-down dinner or buffet for 50 persons. You can also start out in the Aquarium Club Room for a reception and then move to this room for your meal/event.
The Fishbowl……an incredible unique dining experience for up to 20 persons this room has multi-media presentations of all things fish and sea. A feast for all the senses.
The Aquarium Club Room….suitable for up to 60 persons for a reception and 35 persons for a sit-down dinner or buffet this room is adorned with vintage Americana artifacts and ‘fish trap’ lighting.
The ‘ol Trout’ Lounge…This lobby bar and lounge is suitable for petite cocktail receptions or in conjunction with a larger event.
Our Executive Chefs serve only extremely fresh local, organic, and sustainable products sourced from as close as possible to 100 miles from our front doors. We only serve sustainably harvested seafood, meats, poultry that are humanely raised, free of non-organic feeds, and that are raised naturally from responsible farms.
All of our events are custom tailored to your desires. We offer “packages” to serve as guidelines and to help make it easier for you to decide. The owners of Fish & Farm oversee all coordination for private functions which streamlines answers to you and enables a successful event from the start.
A few things to note:
- We are very flexible—let us know what you really want to do.
- We have both “food only” and “food and wine” inclusive dinner packaging and pricing.
- We do luncheons as well.
- Personal wines are not allowed for private room functions.
- We are a very small venture, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit to confirm your event….but you can use that for an alternative date if you need to move your date(s) and cancel within our guidelines.
- We accept Cash,Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and company checks with prior approval. If you decide to use a credit card over the phone for your deposit or final payments we require a 3% additional tariff to help cover the enormous fees banks charge for this luxury.
- All bookings are confirmed with a simple agreement signed by us and you that clearly lays out what you want and how you want it.
